Random Pitch Tongue and Groove Panelling

We have recently completed a bespoke order for 16 sheets of tongue-and-groove panelling, manufactured precisely to our customer's drawing.

This video shows a number of decorative panels being machined, sanded, and primed for a large house refurb in Hackney, London.

The panels were used in various ways in various rooms. The image at the end of the video shows them being used to trim around some bespoke soffits.

In total there were 139 panels ranging from 65mm x 1200 to 500mm x 2000mm each of which was cut from a 15mm Hidrofugo MR MDF.

18mm Finsa Hidrofugo Door Fronts
We’ve recently completed another batch of 30 door fronts for one of our regular customers.

The company specialises in manufacturing and installing understairs storage cupboards, hence the angled panels.

Each door was cut to shape on our CNC machine from our favourite MR MDF, hand-sanded, and then primed with two coats of high-quality primer.

We have recently completed an interesting order for a customer in Hemel Hempstead.

The order comprised ten full sheets of our large fluted MDF wall panelling, for use on a project at next year's Cannes Film Festival.

As with each of our paintable MDF wall panels, these were CNC-routed from high-quality 18mm Finsa UK Hidrofugo MDF.

Campervan conversion 🚐
This was our seventh and most recent project for one of our van conversion customers.

The project comprised Malaysian hardwood plywood sheets laminated with white Formica Group Europe F7949.

The panels were then CNC routed with a bespoke “contour effect” design into the face and cut to shape.

The customer fitted the various panels to add depth and character to various elements of the van's interior.

Tree Seat Components 🌳
The components shown in the video were used to create a bespoke seating area for one of our exhibition stand contracting clients at the InstallerSHOW at NEC in June.

Due to the project being a one-off for indoor use, it was cut from 18mm Standard MDF and laminated in EGGER Group h3368 Natural Lancaster Oak.
