Another project completed! ⚡🚗

We’ve finished the electrical installation for this brand-new garage, delivering a safe and future-ready supply from the house.

The installation included:
✔️ New 10mm² SWA submain from the main property
✔️ New submain consumer unit
✔️ Socket circuits
✔️ Internal lighting
✔️ Zappi EV charger installation

Everything has now been fully installed, tested and commissioned, leaving the garage ready for use.

Now it’s on to the next phase as we continue with the remaining builds on site. Looking forward to seeing the full development come together! 👌

The circuit previously had no RCD protection… We installed a new consumer unit and ran a dedicated feed to the shower, ensuring the circuit was safe, compliant, and fit for purpose.

Tidy Consumer Unit Upgrade Completed

Replaced an older, disorganised consumer unit that had become difficult to manage and maintain. Not to mention unsafe 🙃

The existing setup was messy, with poorly arranged wiring and limited circuit protection.

Installed a new consumer unit with:
• Clearly organised circuits
• Individual circuit protection
• Improved overall safety and reliability

A clean, tidy board not only looks better but makes fault finding and future work much easier.
