Downstairs Cloakroom Transformation – North Hykeham 🛠️
Recently completed downstairs cloakroom in North Hykeham.
The boiler was relocated to the back wall, with all cables and electrics re-routed through the ceiling to maximise the available space.
A bespoke cupboard was built to neatly house the boiler, while a bi-fold door was fitted to make the most of the tight space and improve accessibility.
Another great example of making the most of every inch in a compact room! 👌
