Rock Castle is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to join our expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to oversee scaffold operations on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

✅ Supervising scaffold teams on site
✅ Ensuring scaffolding is erected, altered, and dis mantled safely and in accordance with regulations
✅ Conducting site inspections and maintaining high health & safety standards
✅ Liaising with clients, site managers, and the Contracts Manager
✅ Organising daily workloads and ensuring projects are completed on schedule
✅Promoting a positive safety culture and leading by example

What we’re looking for:
✅ Proven experience in scaffolding supervision
✅ CISRS Advanced Scaffolder qualification (Supervisor qualification desirable)
✅ Strong leadership and organisational skills
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
✅ A proactive approach with a commitment to quality and safety

A recent Facilities Management project saw our team transform a factory roof that had become heavily impacted by moss, algae, and organic build-up.
