We're looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Belgium. You'll play a key role in delivering major projects from design coordination through construction and handover, working alongside leading clients and multidisciplinary teams.

What You'll Bring
✅ Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
✅ 5+ years' experience in civil engineering project delivery
✅ Experience in energy, infrastructure, industrial, utilities or data centre projects
✅ Strong knowledge of earthworks, drainage, foundations and reinforced concrete structures
✅ Good understanding of Eurocodes and construction best practices
✅ Fluent English (Dutch and/or French advantageous)

Bonus Experience

A great day out with the Copius Group and Techtrade Recruiting teams 👏

We kicked things off with presentations from across the different departments, giving everyone a chance to share what’s happening in their area, hear what others are working on and get a clearer picture of where the business is heading.

Then it was time to put the laptops and presentations away and tackle Beat the Box.

Safe to say, communication and collaboration were definitely put to the test… along with a few competitive streaks!

The whole day was really about bringing everyone together, improving how we work across teams and making sure we’re all pulling in the same direction.

Plenty of good conversations, a bit of healthy competition and, most importantly, a good bit of craic along the way.

Thanks to everyone who got involved and made it such an enjoyable day!

Copius is looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join our growing project delivery team on a major data centre construction projects in Reykjavik, Iceland.

If you have a strong background in mechanical construction, HVAC, pipework, chilled water systems and site delivery, and you’re used to managing teams, subcontractors and programme pressures on large-scale projects, we want to hear from you.

You’ll be responsible for driving mechanical works on site from installation through to testing, commissioning and handover, working closely with project management, engineering, QA/QC, HSE and commissioning teams.

𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵:
• 5+ years’ mechanical construction experience
• Experience in a Site Manager / Supervisor role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework and mechanical plant
• Experience managing labour, subcontractors and multiple work fronts
• Good understanding of programme, quality and commissioning requirements
• Data centre experience strongly preferred
• Experience on major industrial, pharma, semiconductor or mission-critical projects also considered

🚨 We’re hiring: Civil Design Engineer | Power Generation & Industrial Projects🚨

Copius Group is looking for an experienced Civil Design Engineer to support the delivery of major power generation, energy and large-scale industrial projects across the UK, Ireland and Europe.

This is a great opportunity for an engineer with a strong civil and structural design background who is comfortable taking design packages from concept through detailed design, construction support and final handover.

You’ll work across technically complex projects, with responsibilities including:
• Reinforced concrete, equipment and machinery foundations
• Industrial buildings, slabs, plinths and retaining structures
• Roads, hardstandings, drainage and stormwater systems
• Underground services, trenches, pits and utility corridors
• Design calculations, specifications and construction drawings
• Geotechnical review and foundation selection
• Multidisciplinary coordination across civil, structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines
• BIM/CAD coordination and design reviews
• Technical support during construction, including RFIs and site engineering queries

We’re particularly interested in candidates with 5+ years’ relevant experience across sectors such as power generation, energy, data centres, utilities, oil & gas, petrochemical, process or heavy industrial projects.

Experience in areas such as CCGT or gas-fired power plants, BESS, substations, renewable energy, energy-from-waste, turbine foundations or EPC/design-and-build environments would be a strong advantage.

Knowledge of Eurocodes and recognised international engineering standards is important, while experience with software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Tekla, STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000 or similar packages would also be beneficial.
