Good news for the Glens of Antrim and beyond: We are continuing to have constructive engagement with the planning department of the Council and we are hopeful that the process is nearing completion.

We are one step closer to opening the doors of our hotel, welcoming patrons from across Ireland and internationally to experience the best of the Glens of Antrim.

There remain some rumours that we are building a 'migrant' hotel, this is most certainly not the case.
The hotel will be fully owned and operated by Z Property as a hub of local excellence, bringing heritage inspired luxury in 39 bedrooms, 200-person function room, spa facilities, bar and standalone brasserie restaurant.

Team Z are delighted to welcome our funder Assetz Capital to celebrate reaching roof level on our scheme at Dublin Road.

With our colleagues from Sonder, Team Z will continue their diligent work on this challenging build to provide premium residential units for short- and medium-term lets available by early 2026.

All on site have been focused on finishing the impressive 10-storey structure so we feel it's important to take a moment to recognise and applaud the progress that’s been made. With its panoramic views across Belfast, there’s no better place for it than Dublin Road!

Meet our Placement Student for Site / Setting Out Engineering, Harvey! 👋

Before joining Z Property, Harvey worked in his family’s car dealership which fed into his hobbies of fixing and modifying cars, as well as regularly attending car meets. 🚗

It’s no wonder Harvey’s experience has put him into the engineering mindset. We’re delighted to host him for his engineering placement year, where he’ll be involved in setting out total stations, as well as carrying out and reporting quality and Health and Safety checks.
