JOB VACANCY – WELDER / STEEL FABRICATOR/SITE LABOURER

Due to continued expansion, G Jones Construction Ltd is looking for an experienced Welder / Steel Fabricator/Site Labourer to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and experienced in steel fabrication and welding.

The role will involve:

* Steel fabrication and welding
* Reading and working from drawings
* Cutting, preparing and assembling steelwork
* Working both independently and as part of a team
* Maintaining a high standard of workmanship

Experience is preferred but training can be provided.

Rate of pay: To be discussed, depending on experience.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing and busy company with ongoing work.

✅ CAD designer to carry out final detailing to current issue drawings ready for fabrication

✅ Welders/ fabricators. 📍Must be able to read construction fabrication drawings and assemble / weld mild steel using Mig welders

✅ Steel assemblers to assemble large pre fabricated items and install cladding panels. Full training given

✅ Roof membrane installer’s to install the final waterproof membrane over the cladding panels. These include single ply membrane and EPDM. Full training given
