Double house in Newton-le-Willows

✅️ full new roof
✅️fascia soffits and guttering
✅️New lead work and chimney repointed
✅️all insulation removed from both loft and new insulation at 300mm installed
✅️5 by 2 fame built-in both loft and 18mm interlocking 8 by 2 floor boards finish off with to new loft hatches with ladders
✅️joining wall in attic space bricked up for fire proofing
✅️4 steels above bay windows to support new gable end
✅️gable end pushed back a meter to the original wall to support new brick work to hold new gable end roof up
✅️2 new bay roof made and tiles with a light weight tapco tile
✅️flat roof at the back off one off the property stripped off and we made the 2 different rlat roofs in to one
