Wrong thread fitting and no expansion vessel so this had been leaking for good 6 years. Nice mushrooms growing out of hardwood flooring, plasterboard falling off, the smell took good 2 weeks to clear.
All plumbed in was convinced cylinder was a rightoff but held pressure once cleaned up.
Customer was scared to go in cupboard due to rat's in past now all gone.
One messy job but could tell this was a big weight off Customer shoulders.

Certainly a challenge to build around an existing door custom built, original wood was soft fell off wall fixed up with hardwood keeping great style which is this building identity.

Made up temporarily scaffolding over porch and repaired this edge cottage window was right eye sore looking good now.

One loft ladder fitted just forgot to take picture once made ceiling good.

One shower cubicle fitted, new false wall at back , insulation and then muilti boards fitted.

Fitted this lovely stain glass window and makes alot of different to bathroom.

Inbuilt wardrobes custom built pir sensor lights. Push to open doors with no handles, soft closed door.
With pull out chest of drawers.
Using mdf 18mm thick on all of the front doors and back face wall also router edge to 4mm radius trimmed painted with a a washable paint.

Nice fantastic day building a great raised flower bed with sleepers. As you can see in picture seat aswell.
