Another successful project nearing completion at Ham Hill Country Park Visitors Centre 👏

This project highlights our ability to deliver high-quality commercial roofing, even on complex designs. The roof features a Euroclad Vieo warm roof system, designed to a tapered array, requiring careful planning and precise ex*****on by our experienced team.

Finished with bespoke PPC aluminium profiles and guttering, the result is a clean, durable solution built to last.

Exeter site update!

We’re currently working with Vistry Homes Devon on a busy residential development in Exeter, delivering roofing works across approximately 200 new homes over two parcels. The project includes a mix of affordable housing and private homes, helping support local housing needs.

Roofing across the site includes a mix of proven systems, delivering both visual appeal and reliable performance:

- Redland Mockbond Mini Stonewold Concrete tile
- Sandtoft Danum tile
- Cembrit Jutland fibre cement slate

Proud of the progress on site and the quality our teams continue to deliver.

Today, we are deeply saddened to share the news that Pete Stewart (Irish) has passed away.

Pete was a valued member of our team for 20 years and a familiar, much-loved presence across sites throughout South Devon and Plymouth. His classic Irish charm, outstanding workmanship, and unwavering dedication made him a favourite with colleagues and a widely respected tradesman on every site he worked on.

✔ 214 plots commissioned in the last 6 weeks
✔ 960 plots commissioned since January
✔ 4,506 solar panels installed this year
✔ 3,517.79 kW of clean energy delivered
✔ £3.2m+ saved in electricity costs

All possible because of our fantastic guys, and girl, out on site!

We’re really proud to share one of our latest completed projects! 🙌

Our team recently finished work on a retail site at Dolbeare Meadow, Ashburton, using Kingspan Quadcore insulated panels for the roof and parapets, along with Kingspan insulated gutters.
