Clemence Roofing Ltd are looking to bring a new team member into the business for an immediate start.

We are open to applicants with experience in roofing, but this is not essential. For the right person, an apprenticeship and training can be arranged.

What matters most is someone who:

• Has a strong work ethic
• Takes pride in doing things properly
• Is reliable and motivated
• Works well as part of a team
• Is interested in learning a skilled trade

This is a great opportunity to learn traditional roofing skills and be involved in unique and interesting projects.

A small detail that makes a big difference.

These custom fabricated pipe vents were made specifically for the summerhouse roof to ensure proper ventilation while keeping the roofscape clean and sympathetic to the building. Rather than relying on off-the-shelf components, we fabricated these vents to suit the roof covering and detailing, allowing them to sit naturally.

It’s the sort of work that often goes unnoticed once the roof is complete, but these small, thoughtful details are what help a roof perform properly for decades to come.

Craftsmanship isn’t always about the biggest elements on a project. Sometimes it’s about the parts most people will never even see.

Cheeky. One more to slate tomorrow.

Jason’s back from his first aid training too, ready to get tiling the remaining areas surrounding the dormers.

We’ve some decorative slates to cloak the façades, a velux to install and the two flat roofs to complete.

Luke’s cracking on at our smaller Liverton project, getting everything prepared for next weeks flat roof marathon!

Clemence Roofing Ltd are currently seeking a new team member.

Please get in touch if you or anybody you know of is looking for a new opportunity to join our team.

The position is full-time employed with many other incentives for the right candidate, such as a company vehicle and bonus.

Weekend work is on offer most weeks.

Salary would be discussed and negotiable in person, depending on what the candidate can currently achieve. The salary would also be based on individual performance and progression going forward.

Experience within a fast paced and high energy roll is preferred. However, for the right candidate anything is possible.

Roofing experience is not essential.

We are looking to enrol our new team member with immediate effect, so please reach out if you are at all interested.

Just a few more batten and we’re complete on the first phase of this wonderful project.

Beautiful weather and plenty of tea (thanks to our fantastic clients) have made all the hard work feel like a breeze.

We’ll be back to complete the remaining bits tomorrow and tuck her in for the next few months, until we’re back to cover this home in stone and metal 😊
