How is this possible 😳 🤔 😕 We had a 98% rating from our customers on Thursday evening, with 82 reviews from our customers. Then, last night, another very happy customer put a great review on our page, making 83 fabulous reviews, but our ratings drop to 90% ????

Job completed today for Caolin and Niamh in Newcastle County Down. Another amazing transformation by A 1 Landscaping and gardening services 👏

Total excavation of front, back and both side gardens, removal of over 50 Tonne of debris, then levelling all of the ground.
Laying of Pathways around the house, with a new Patio area and BBQ area by garage. All Flagstones were accompanied with a charcoal border brick pavoir as a perimeter, with 3 new steps built in charcoal step risers, inset with Flagstones. With 4 new gulleys and 1 recessed manhole cover installed.
We then laid 190sqm of Evergreen Elite Lawn Turf around the property, which was with a 60mm bed of grit on top of the new topsoil, for drainage purposes of the new Lawn we have just installed.

Day 5 of job in Newcastle County Down for Caolin and Niamh, complete excavation of front, back and both sides of the garden. ( 1st photo's before and after) Removing of 55 Tonne of old tarmac, flagstones, soil and general debris. Bringing in hardcore and 44 Tonne of Paving and 20 Tonne of topsoil. We then laid terrapave rimmi ground 600mx400m Flagstones, with a border of charcoal paviors each side of the pathway and Patio area, all of the Flagstones were half bonded on the Patio area. We have 4 new gulleys and 1 recessed manhole cover. With 2 new back steps into the house, plus 1 new step into the garage to be completed, along with the rest of the Flagstones to be laid. We also have 190sqm of new Evergreen Elite Lawn, which is laid on 60mm of Paving grit for drainage purposes, on top of the new topsoil we brought in for the Landscaping work.

Job completed this week in Bessbrook for a lovely couple, Paul and Kara. ( 1st photo's before and after)
Excavation of back garden with Micro digger, bringing in 20 Tonne of stones for drainage purposes, as old lawn was like a bog. We then used hardcore for the sub base of the new Patio area, which was approximately 60sqm.
Pin kerbs were laid for the raised Patio area, then we laid Tobermore Historic Slate Flagstones, we built a new back step in charcoal step risers inset with Flagstones, all grouted up with Joint It grey resin compound, along with 4 new gulleys installed. New topsoil was brought in along with coarse sand for drainage purposes, then we laid 55sqm of Evergreen Elite Lawn, with 5 beds created around the trees in Sienna sliver setts and white marble stones.

2 jobs completed this week, completed work in Gawleys Gate on Monday. Then we started a
job in Banbridge Tuesday morning. ( 1st photos before and after) we have just completed the Landscaping work today. Removal of old rotten Decking, then laying of a hardcore foundation for the extended Patio area. Which was 64sqm laid in Tobermore Historic Heather Flagstones, all grouted up with Joint It Resin compound, with pin kerbs surrounding the Patio area. We then completed a new pathway, which was at a lower level to the Patio area, it was completed in the same Flagstones approximately 22 linear metres, by 1.2m wide all grouted up with Joint It Resin compound.

End of week 2 in Gawleys Gate for Conor and Rebecca. (1st photos before and after) Laying of Tobermore Historic Slate Flagstones, with a double border of Sienna Silver setts around Patio area. Then building of 4 new Pathways in Historic Slate Flagstones, all grouted up with Joint It
Slate resin compound.
Laying of Evergreen Elite Lawn Turf, on topsoil and Paving grit for drainage purposes, in back garden and side garden approximately 300sqm. With a new garden stone Slate walling feature, built specifically to hide the septic tank. New fencing along back of property to be completed next week, along with 3 new gates and fencing to enclose the back garden. Also two new garden stone walls to be built for flower beds, along with 2 new steps at the side of the property.

End of week 1 in Gawleys Gate, for Conor and Rebecca. (1st photos before and after) Excavation of back and side garden's, as they were treated with weedkiller a few weeks ago.
Levelling up the back garden with Hardcore, then laying of Tobermore Historic Slate Flagstones, with a double border of Sienna natural setts for the Patio area, making of a new Pathway in the same Flagstones. Which were all grouted up with Joint It Grey Resin compound, 7 new gulleys installed and new concrete posts for the fencing
Erecting of a 1.8m high fence approximately 60 metres in length, half of the fencing has been completed. New Evergreen Elite Lawn Turf to be laid next week, with walling features and more Flagstones to be completed. Also more new fencing to enclose the back garden for privacy.
