Job completed this week in Rathfriland for Pamela. (1st photos before and after) Excavation of side garden removal of all old grass and pathway, bringing in Hardcore for Patio foundation. Then laying of 24sqm of Tobermore Stanza Slate Flagstones, all grouted up with Joint It Resin compound, with a slope from the Patio to the side door for easy access. We then built a garden stone wall 5 blocks high, with copings for the Patio entrance, the garden stone walling was also put on both sides of the Patio, with an 18 inch Dwarf wall installed by the roadside. The rest of the area was covered in Mourne Granite pebbles.

Job completed this week in Mayobridge for Liam and Shauna. (1st photos before and after) Excavation of garden, old Patio, pathways, tarmac and levelling the whole area.
Laying of Tobermore Historic Slate Flagstones, with a Garden stone slate wall built for new Patio area, with Historic Slate Flagstones laid to the back French doors. With new back step installed and 2 recessed manhole covers, plus 7 new gulleys installed. Shannon Slate Paviors laid for Pathways, both sides of the new Patio area.
We then installed over 220sqmof Evergreen Elite Lawn, all laid on new topsoil and Paving grit for drainage purposes. New fencing erected at the front of the property, with 3 new Granite Piers built at the entrance, one more to be completed ASAP.

End of week 2 for Kevin and Michelle in Newry, over 100 Tonne of clean stones brought in for drainage purposes, after the garden was excavated. Then 300 Tonne of screened topsoil was delivered, we put the 1st layer down then rolled it flat, the another 6 inches of topsoil was raked in to the required level.
As we have to put Tobermore Fusion Granite silver Edgings in 2 weeks time, the customer is going to sow and seed the whole 1,280sqm in the Autumn. ( Which is one 3rd of an Acre which we did work for the customer)
We also put a 1.8m high fence around the property.

End of week one in Newry for Kevin and Michelle, front side and back garden excavated with 14 Tonne digger, taking all the old sods and awful soil beneath away from the site. Bringing in so far nearly 100 Tonne of clean stones for drainage purposes, more clean stones next week for side and back garden. 120 Tonne of screened topsoil brought in, which will be levelled then rolled for seeding in autumn. More topsoil next for for back and side garden. Erecting of a 1.6m high fence at the back and side of the property. Approximately 1,300sqm of an area we have to prepare for the customers. New kerbing also to be installed down the driveway and all around the property.
