I do truly love bespoke timber projects and here are a few i've had the pleasure of creating. The poor Witch Hazel tree in the final image has been 'heeled in' after being salvaged from another garden. These unusual plants do not like to be moved and suffer 'Transplant shock'. I hope I can save it for the orange autumn colour & vivid yellow, strongly scented winter flowers🙏🏻

A nice curvy deck area with steps & planters. I always feel a few features can really enhance the aesthetics of a deck & often its a good use of offcuts 🙂 Also built the wall to replace old fencing & give a sheltered & secluded feel to the seating area.

I have just finished pointing this pathway after it was all lifted to remove a network of adventitious bamboo roots which had run amok across the whole garden. The offending plant has now been re-homed in a more suitable location. I also built the deck area nearly 10 years ago, so good to see it has stood the test of time.

Below are a few examples of recent building projects I have lead and delivered as a general builder. I do enjoy the challenges and satisfaction of substantial building projects but I long for my homeland of garden creation.
