14 years ago I made a decision,
The decision I made was after working extremely hard for two former employers and feeling no real gratitude for my efforts that I would go out on my own and try to build a company that I could be proud of
It wasn't an easy decision but I had the deep self belief that it could be done
I was optimistic with the backing of my customers and as long as I made a promise to do whatever it took to not let them down I could achieve my goal
Fourteen years later and I feel that I can truly say I've done what I set out to do
Yesterday I had my first annual audit for my ISO 90001 quality certificate and I am extremely proud to say that we had one minor observation and not one non conformity
I feel this is a major achievement for my little company and again something I am very proud of
It's been very demanding given the level of service these customers have been accustomed to but I feel they will back me up when I say with confidence that I have lived up to my promise to them and have never let them down no matter what it took
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of my customers who have supported me with their loyalty and I am truly looking forward to talking this company to the next level over the next few months
