The successful applicant will ideally have a current CCN1 certificate plus additional elements. Commercial gas, oil and renewable qualifications would be an advantage but are not essential. Your role will include boiler breakdowns, service, maintenance, gas safety reports, gas appliance replacement as well as plumbing maintenance. Salary negotiable dependent on experience / qualifications, company vehicle & uniform.
