⚠️ URGENT: Important Notice Regarding Cold Calling Scams

We have recently received reports of individuals cold calling homes and claiming to represent Stylish Windows. We want to clarify—in no uncertain terms—that these callers are not from us.

At Stylish Windows, we pride ourselves on a professional, customer-first approach. To ensure your safety and peace of mind, please be aware of our strict company policies:
• No Cold Calling: We never send sales representatives to knock on doors unannounced.
• No Unsolicited Phone Sales: We do not make "nuisance" marketing calls to pressure you into a purchase.
• Customer-Initiated Contact: Our team only visits your home or contacts you if you have specifically requested a quote or a service visit from us.
What to Do if You are Targeted
1. Do Not Open the Door: You are under no obligation to speak with door-to-door sellers.
2. Report the Incident: If someone claims to be from our company at your door, please report it to Action Fraud (0300 123 2040) or contact Citizens Advice Consumer Service (0808 223 1133).
3. Verify with Us: If you are ever unsure if a communication is genuine, call our office directly at 01983 826 226.
Please share this post with your friends, family, and neighbours—especially those who may be more vulnerable—to help keep our community safe from these rogue traders.
Thank you for your continued support and for helping us stop these scammers.
