🚧 Bowed Pipework? Not a Problem for USE! 💪

This apartment block had a 20m section of bowed 4" plastic sewer pipe — shallow, unstable, and definitely not up to standard. The only long-term solution? A full replacement and proper support.

✅ We replaced the pipework
✅ Upgraded the manholes
✅ Rebuilt the concrete path
✅ Installed an Aco drain near the side entrance to solve persistent flooding issues

🚨 Emergency Call-Out Success! 🚨

We were recently called to an upstairs flat where a water leak was causing serious damage to the downstairs neighbour’s ceiling! 💧

Our expert team quickly identified the culprit — a split in the old 20mm Black Alkathene Water Pipe, which had become brittle with age.

We carried out a temporary repair to stop the leak and prevent further damage, while we get prepared to install a brand new 25mm MDPE Water Supply Pipe from the Water Meter in the pavement, Specialised Moling across the front garden, then upstairs to the Internal Stop Tap. This will give the customer peace of mind and eliminate the risk of future splits or leaks. ✅

We recently attended a property with a severe blockage – the culprit? A crushed Pitch Fibre Pipe, damaged under the weight of a wall built for a gate. 😬

While our usual No-Dig Technology couldn't fix this one, our team stepped up with an alternative solution:

✅ Core drilled a new stack through the wall
✅ Installed brand new pipework to the manhole
✅ Fitted a 40mm waste pipe for both the sink & shower

All repairs were carried out with precision and care, ensuring a neat finish and full customer involvement every step of the way. 👍
