🔨 HHBUILDERS is back with another completed project! 🏠

When we first arrived to quote for this job, it quickly became clear that the existing bay window had been poorly fitted. After removing some of the plastics, we discovered a significant amount of supporting brickwork was missing, leaving the bay and bay roof without the support they needed.

The customers had even gone out of their way to put Acrow props in themselves to help support the bay until the problem could be properly sorted.

Once we got started, we:

🔨 Removed the existing bay window
🧱 Rebuilt and replaced the necessary supporting brickwork
🪟 Installed a brand-new bay window
🏠 Renewed the bay roof using Res-Tec GRP
✨ Fitted new internal plastics and linings
🔨 Installed a new plasterboard ceiling and plastered it, ready for the customer to add a nice window seat
🤎 Finished the exterior with smart rosewood plastics

While we were there, we also noticed the existing step up to the front door was too high, so we built a new step to make access easier and finish the entrance off nicely.

A big transformation and, most importantly, the bay is now properly supported, secure and finished as it should be. 👌

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ To top it all off, we received a lovely 5-star review from the customer, which we’ll attach to this post. It’s always great to hear that our customers are happy with the finished result!

🏠 ANOTHER PROJECT COMPLETE! 🏠

We’re back again with another completed transformation, and this one has had a complete overhaul from top to bottom — inside and out! 🔨

We started by removing the old plastic roof before extending the building out by an additional metre, creating much more usable space inside.
We then installed new grey aluminium sliding doors, giving the extension a much smarter, more modern finish and opening it up nicely onto the garden.

For the new roof, we installed a fully insulated fibre-cement tiled roof, complete with new leadwork all around, making the space far better insulated and giving the whole extension a much more permanent, high-quality finish.

Inside, there was plenty of work to get through. We:
🔨 Renewed the flooring where the extension was brought out by the extra metre
🔨 Renewed the entire floor throughout
🔨 Installed new pipework for the washing machine and dishwasher
🔨 Remodelled the electrics, adding new downlights into the ceiling and installing new sockets throughout
🔨 Battened out the walls
🔨 Plasterboarded and plastered all walls and the ceiling
🔨 Left everything finished and ready for painting
🔨We also had a brand new boiler fitted by our trusted gas engineer jk heating solutions

The outside of the property also received a fresh new look. We re-rendered the rear of the property before painting it red, completely refreshing the appearance of the back of the house.
Finally, we turned our attention to the garden. The existing area was dug up and prepared properly before laying new porcelain paving, creating a clean, modern outdoor space that works perfectly with the new aluminium doors and extension.

From removing the old roof and extending the building, right through to the electrics, plumbing, plastering, rendering and porcelain paving, this was a great project to complete.

Another job finished and another big transformation! 👌🔨

Hello everyone we are back again with another completed project. 😁😁

As you can tell this property was definitely in need of a new look to their property.

All the old render was taken off

New sand and cement based render applied to bring the home back to life again.

Would you believe the old render was atleast 30mm thick. Over the years it had just been covered and covered.

So we took it right back to brick and started again and what a difference it has made 👌

We are back again with another completed project 😁

Returning customer got in contact after her porch roof was in need of a new roof and a tidy up.

We replace the roof using flexitec from restec (the course we had just completed with restec themselves) meaning this customer now gets 20 year warranty 🗒✔️

We renewed the guttering and relocated the downpipe due to them constantly getting floods infront of the porch door every time it rained.

To finished we scraped off all the loose paintwork and repainted the porch walls giving it that fresh new look to match the roof 🎨🖌
