Hello to all of our loyal customers, we’re changing the way we operate the business slightly.

Due to the nature of our work, we will no longer be providing specific appointment times. Instead, appointments will be scheduled as either AM or PM slots. However our first call of the day at 8am can be requested subject to availability on a first come first serve basis.

As much as we’d love to give exact arrival times, unexpected delays and jobs taking longer than anticipated can make this difficult, and we don’t want to risk letting anyone down.

If you have been given an AM or PM appointment, we kindly ask that you avoid messaging for an estimated arrival time, as we often won’t be able to provide one accurately. Please be assured that we will get to you as soon as we can within your allocated time slot.

Toilet internals renewed

Customer had a toilet constantly running into the pan wasting water as the property is on a water meter. Also the trickling noise was affecting the customer’s sleep as the toilet was in an en-suite bathroom.
We identified the issue and completely changed all internal components, the customer was very happy

Great, especially during the colder winter months where they can turn on their heating remotely before they get home

Emergency call out for an unvented cylinder rupture, flooding the customer's property.

We made everything safe by isolating the electric and water supply to the cylinder, drained the cylinder down, ensuring that the customer still had a temporary water supply until we replace the cylinder.

Always make sure and check that the engineer has their G3 Qualifications to work on an unvented cylinder.
