Baumit Silicone render system onto external wall insulation and new concrete block side and rear extension.

House had previous subsidence issues that had caused significant movement.

The house was 70mm out of plumb and was seriously out of line in some areas.

The only solution other than demolition was to try and make it look straight and plumb using a combination of expanded metal lathe mechanically fixed and External wall insulation.
