Sandown Skate Park & Basketball Court lighting upgrade.
TL upgraded the park and court lighting to improve the lux levels during nighttime usage, improving safety & visibility within the park for all members of the public enjoying the free access to the grounds.
The light fittings used and installed took into account consideration to the environment & light pollution by ensuring low light spillage & meeting environmental E3 regulations.
Additional footpath lighting was also installed to help provide a well lit safe access in and out of the park to all members of the public using the facilities or just walking past.
The feed back to our client from the local residents has been well received and it was a pleasure for TL to be part of such a project & supporting the Sandown community.

Recently completed at the Wight Ship Yard in east cowes.
216ft of high level electrical containment. The parallel tray was designed to segregate low voltage from extra low voltage circuits. The internal tray contained 2 x radial circuits, each radial would supply 6 x local non switched fused spurs, each local spur unit would isolate the power to an optical beam smoke detector.
The external run of medium gauge tray was for a fire alarm zone cable to be installed by another fire alarm contractor at a later date.

Our client also requested that the new containment system be installed to provide provision for easy installation for additional containment in years to come.

U15 Girls' Crowned League Champions! ⚽🏆

The U15 girls travelled to Cowes for the annual 6-a-side tournament, where there was fantastic football on display from all schools and plenty of very tightly contested games.

The Bay entered two teams, with one finishing 3rd overall and the other going on to win the tournament!

The girls were also presented with their league medals and trophy, officially confirming them as league champions after an outstanding season!

A fantastic achievement and a brilliant year for the team with excellent attitude, teamwork and sportsmanship throughout. Well done, girls! 💙⚽🏆

U15 Football v CTK

The match began as a cautious affair, with both The Bay and CTK taking time to settle into the game and find their rhythm. However, it was Hollie who finally broke the deadlock, sparking an impressive run of goals for The Bay.

Once the floodgates opened, the goals came in abundance. Zuzanna and Keira were unstoppable in front of goal, each securing a brilliant hat-trick to propel the team into a commanding position. April joined the scoring spree with a well-taken goal, while Hollie added another to cap off her excellent contribution to the match. The game finished 9-0 to The Bay.

Defensively, Vanessa was a standout performer, delivering a composed and assured display that kept the opposition at bay. Her contributions were vital in maintaining the team’s balance and allowing the attackers to shine.

The team also debuted their new kit which has kindly been sponsored by TLelectrical, thank you!

TL Electrical has been going for 10 years this year and we would like to thank our TL team for their constant hard work and dedication. Also thank you to everybody who has supported us over the 10 years.
Yesterday we had our annual NICEIC inspection,
definitely the best inspection yet with positive feedback from our inspector and a confident pass for TL Electrical.

During this past week one of the projects TL has nearly completed is to assist a island plumbing company to install all new boiler room supply circuits and all the required containment and building control system (BMS) wiring to a block of flats on the island. This project is nearly complete and has been really enjoyable from start to finish.
