There is something special about creating a focal point that defines a space.

We recently completed a project for Coffee & Co at the Maltings . at The Maltings in Cwmbran, delivering a bespoke coffee counter that establishes the shop’s identity while functioning seamlessly for the team behind it.

The counter incorporates fully integrated units beneath to support the team’s daily workflow, ensuring durability, efficient storage and ease of use. The standout feature is the detailed CNC-cut front panel. Working from the designer’s concept, we precision-cut and assembled the patterned frontage to create a distinctive finish that adds depth and character to the space.

Alongside the counter, we manufactured and installed custom wall elements that complement the joinery, introducing texture and creating a cohesive, refined interior.

A rewarding project that demonstrates how thoughtful joinery and careful detailing can shape the identity of a commercial environment.

Same space. A completely different experience.

A clean, functional space with potential, but without a clear identity or sense of occasion.

The images that follow show where it ended.

Manufactured and installed by our team, it was designed to slow the journey, guide movement, and connect the shop as a whole. More than a functional element, it sets the pace and quietly defines the experience.

Every decision focused on experience. How the space unfolds as you move. Where you pause. Where conversations feel private. Where anticipation quietly builds.

Natural materials, softened lighting, and considered proportions now guide that journey. The result is a space that feels intentional, reassuring, and unhurried.

It was a pleasure to work on the new All About Eve Bridal Ltd located in Cardiff.

Honouring Tradition at Blue Boar Ludlow

Some projects are about more than paint and plaster – they’re about heritage and preservation.

The renovation of The Blue Boar, a Grade II listed building, gave us the chance to bring history back to life using traditional techniques that respected its character at every step.

One of the highlights was inviting back the original artist, who first hand-painted the pub sign 30 years ago, to restore it once more – a beautiful moment of craftsmanship and continuity.

Inside, we layered fresh tones of bold, traditional colour, as well as renovating and repairing the old oak flooring, complemented by carefully sourced reclamation furniture to ensure the pub feels renewed while staying true to its roots.

We’re proud that The Blue Boar now forms part of Punch ‘Fireside town and country’ – a series of pubs that celebrate warmth, history, and timeless hospitality.

A project that truly honours the past while welcoming the future. 🍻

👏 Another One in the Books

Following on from the internal fit out, the The Farmers Arms Church Village external works was done with the same precision and care. From signage to paintwork, lighting to final finishes – every detail was considered to help this local favourite stand tall in its community again.
