🚨 Emergency Call-Out Today 🚨
Customer reported a tripping consumer unit — but what we found was far more serious !!!!
On arrival, we were hit with the unmistakable smell of electrical arcing coming from the meter cabinet. After thorough inspection and testing, we discovered the neutral cable had severely burnt — a major safety hazard.

WHAT WE DID.
-Contacted the DNO to pull the main fuse 😉
-Replaced the main isolation switch for a brand new serviceable item.
-Replaced the damaged meter tails
-Torque tightened the terminals that we required to the correct setting, and also torque tighten all terminals that the meter installer would have used. This ensured the customer was safe and sound.
