Initially contracted to rebuild a pitched roof and install a private terrace for a single top-floor flat. Upon delivery of the project, the neighbouring landlord requested a matching installation based on the superior quality of the finish. The completed works for both flats involved structural timber modifications, decking installation, exterior wall cladding, and the integration of a dividing partition and secondary lighting systems. Strict adherence to non-disclosure protocols was maintained regarding structural phase photography

Ridges removed, all cleaned, fixed properly + 'small' wall repair as there was a internal leak to the extension :)
Another dry day used to do some external project :)

I had to work from the basement, making sure that finish floor above will stay untouched and undamaged :)

Bay window rotten joists - usual problem in 'dated' houses :)
Other builder did 'proper job ' 2 years back but problem back again - customer said.
Unfortunately rot spread on the floorboards as well, so i had no choice but to remove everything, unblock the vent system, fit a new wall plate (6x2 and DPC) and reconstruct the structure to catch up with the rest of the floor
All finished with 18mm chipboard flooring. Now, just waiting for new carpets to be fitted and job done :)

As with Wren, small problems, but all finished on time with very happy client
