Last month, we had the pleasure of being asked to build a new garden room for a customer in Ascot. With decorating and the second fix electrics just left to complete, we think this looks amazing. The rooms features a fully insulated build with 100mm celotex in the walls, ceiling, and the floor. This room will be nice and warm all winter and cool in the summer.
Cedar cladding to the front and gorgeous Douglas Fir waney edge boarding to the sides and rear to ensure the room will blend into the overall plan of the garden for the customer.
A fully guaranteed EDM roof for 25 years boasts an impressive life span with a paired sleek finish.
2000w, WiFi controlled or in App electric heater.
Four double internal sockets and one external double socket.
Double glazed, sliding door.
LED spot lights.
A "hidden" shed that is lined with 12mm ply for easy tool storage and customisation, which is neatly behind a secret door.
External LED lighting with remote switches that can work from the property directly.
Fully plastered internal finish and a new CAT cable installed ready for direct Internet access.
All completed on top of a fully reinforced, pad concrete foundation.
