Please do not spray foam or have a company spray foam the underneath of your roof tiles from inside your loft. This customer had two small leaks which we could not fix as the whole roof becomes one piece! The only solution was a full re-roof which was not what was needed after the cost of the spray foam!
Please remember, the loft insulation that you have in between your joists keeps your heat in, if any heat is lost through this it will NEVER come back down wether you have more spray insulation in between your rafters or not!

IF you do decide to do this then please also be aware that no mortgage company will lend until all foam is removed meaning you will not be able to sell your house until your roof is replaced!

We haven’t posted much recently as we have just been too busy!
This flat roof needed replacing due to the perimeters not having wide enough lead to cover the tiles and various leaks to other sections. It was only a couple of years old.
The builder now has us on board so he will not need to be paying twice for for all the future works he has!

Some smaller jobs mixed in with the bigger ones. A cracking looking roof this one. The client was really pleased.
