Here at Plumbing Innovations we’re lucky enough to install some beautiful bathrooms. This one is no exception!
From tired, old and very rotten…. As you’ll see, to modern, elegant and classy!
I pulled every tile off in one piece using just my hands!
So with that, we retired this 15yr old suite and gave it a new lease of life!
From rotting walls and floors, to brushed brass furnishings!
We installed a 1800x700 Caronite profile bath with Crosswater concealed 3 way valve, giving it a bath filler waste, hand held shower and an overhead rainfall outlets.
We continued with Crosswater wall hung toilet and towel rail, Calypso wall
Hung vanity, a concealed mirror cabinet with lighting and finished the floors and walls in a 600x1200 stone effect tile.
The ceiling was re-skimmed and new down lights and in-line extractor were fitted.
And no job would be complete with out a floating tiled bath panel along with low level LED lighting!

Last week we replaced a system that was oversized for this type of property.
We removed a Grant boiler and unvented cylinder, along with a mains boost accumulator.
I can only assume the water pressure use to be poor, as when tested on the survey, we recorded over 5.5bar in pressure and 16lpm in flow rates, so the accumulator seemed a little OTT.
So the customer decided to replace the system with a combi boiler set up.
Super efficient A+ rated Navien, complete with a 10 year warranty. Cleaned the system and created some much needed space in the attic.
Thanks to D&T supplies for always getting materials to site on time.

Another bathroom finished this week.
Here we had the opportunity to help out a friend who had an empty room in their home, that was never finished as a bathroom when they extended years ago.
So with a blank canvas and a list of requirements, we got stuck in.
I had the pleasure on this job, welcoming Charlie to the team for his school work experience.
This was his first dive into the plumbing and heating world and he took to it really well.
This job required a decent amount of prep work, including first fix plumbing, new stud walls, waterproofing and over boarding.
The end result was this, a sleek spacious room, with a combined shower and bath, a dual wall hung vanity unit and concealed toilet cistern.
All finished with a complete tile and paint job.
This room should serve for many years to come.

This one was tight! But as always, we got the job done.
This Worcester had a split water jacket, so after discussions with the customer, he decided to opt for a new Navien system, complete with a fresh 10year warranty.
We also added a hive smart thermostat to the install. It’s like we were never there….. almost 🔥 💧
