We also supply range of bunker storage solutions for Coal and Road Salt as well as a range of Rain Station, rainwater harvesters. Today’s range comprises over 200 bunded and single skin oil tank storage solutions. Wide choices of tank capacities are available, from 350 litres to over 10,000 litres, which will suite applications like oil storage for home heating through to various commercial applications like agricultural equipment such as farm tanks including fuel storage and fuel stations for vehicles. 👍We always recommend fitting gauges onto oil tanks with audible alarms which can alert you if your oil levels suddenly drop
😯A ‘noisy’ surface such as gravel around the tank not only looks tidy but can alert you to unwanted visitors lurking around the area.
🔐Check out our lockable tank lids – just another way to slow down the process of theft.
👀Inspect your tank regularly – some people don’t even realise they have had their fuel stolen until they run out unexpectedly.
📹Think about other general security prevention – CCTV, alarms, locked gates or compounds.
💡 Security lighting - this can work as a deterrent to the thieves.

An Australian tourist recently claims to have spotted the Loch Ness monster, meaning there have already been more sightings this year than in the entirety of 2025.

With a few months of 2026 left to go, so far there have been nine in-person sightings of the mythical beast – and 11 if we**am footage is included in the total.

The tourist was visiting Urquhart Castle when he says he saw something strange emerge from the water, and managed to capture the encounter on camera.

He reported that he was standing at the shoreline at Urquhart Castle when he saw the top of a dark green flat topped head pop out of the water well out from the shoreline.

‘The head was followed by two same coloured humps that emerged out of the water behind the head, which he thought would be the body.

‘Then he saw ripple lines about 500 metres behind the humps and it made quite decent white waves which he expected it was from the tail swimming through the water.

It’s now been added to the official Loch Ness monster sightings register.

➡Oil is toxic and harmful to the environment, including animals, plants and water sources.
➡It you spot a leak, put a bucket/container under it straight away to prevent spillage.
➡If the pipework or filter is leaking, this should be fixed immediately by an Oftec registered professional.
➡If the tank itself is leaking, seeping or showing signs of spitting, this should be replaced as a matter or urgency.
It's against the law to cause pollution, so you should call the National Pollution Incident hotline on 0800 80 70 60 (England, Scotland and Northern Ireland) or 0300 065 3000 (Wales).
It can cost thousands to clean up an oil spill.
Check that your insurance: has a high enough liability limit to cover the cost of cleaning up your property or neighbouring land covers the cost of replacing lost, leaked or stolen oil covers environmental clean-up for accidental loss.
Not all insurance policies cover oil leakage.
