Final planning proofs sent over to the client today for this householder application just outside Bury St Edmunds. 🏡
A previous application for a large two-storey rear extension had already been approved, but with build costs where they are, I’ve redesigned the scheme to create the space the client actually needs with a simple rear extension and some clever internal alterations.
The AI-enhanced visuals from the Revit model also add that little bit extra, helping clients get a much better feel for the finished space before anything is built.
Now it’s over to West Suffolk… watch this space! 👀
