One of this mornings jobs replacing an old failed ball valve on the water storage tanks in this loft space , this had failed and began to overfill and flow out of the overflow pipe to the outside of property .
It makes sense to do both the heating and the water header tanks at the same time for such a low cost item .

Feel free to call me if you need similar maintenance works taking care of 07703667111

A nice and simple way to refresh a bathroom .
This was today's job swapping over an old toilet and basin for a modern style version with cabinetry and storage , a massive bonus is being able to hide all the pipework behind for a much better look .

Always happy to take a look into doing this if anybody is interested in the same for their home .

Feel free to call me on 07703667111
