On the corner of Toronto Street and Parry Street in Victoria BC, we have designed 54 new homes with a communal garden.

In a mid-rise form, the building uses a colourful facade varying in texture to reflect the eclectic mix of materials and colour in the surrounding context.

Ireland’s first indoor velodrome 🚴‍♂️

The National Velodrome and Badminton Centre, a major project in our wider masterplan for the Sport Ireland Campus, has recently won planning approval.

The centre will provide both community facilities and training for athletes, with a 250m cycle track, 12 badminton courts and 1,000 permanent seats for spectators.

Our masterplan vision for Sport Ireland’s campus has been endorsed by the Government of Ireland 🇮🇪

The vision includes major new sports facilities alongside athlete accommodation, workplaces, public spaces and cultural buildings, in a new home for Irish sport 🏃🏼‍♀️

A national velodrome and badminton centre will be the first project to start on site next year… 🚴‍♀️

Albion Square’s material palette was developed from the contrasting tones of Hull’s traditional red brick buildings and the city’s iconic Three Ships mural. 

The project combines new homes, workplaces and retail space in four mixed-use blocks, focused around a new urban park designed by landscape architects

Each new building has been designed to respond to the city context around it; low-rise housing sensitively reflects existing Georgian terraces, while the large, restored mural is incorporated in its original position, facing King Edward Square and the city centre.

City Hall is Best of the Best! 

Our design for a new civic workplace in Sunderland won ‘Best Corporate Workplace’ at the British Council for Offices awards and was chosen from all the national winners as overall 'Best of the Best'.

The project combines a new, collaborative workplace for Sunderland City Council with private tenants and municipal services, in a truly democratic ‘hall for the city’. 

The BCO judges said ‘While embracing its famous city heritage, a bighearted welcome is woven into the fabric of this striking new site.'

Our proposals for a high quality, sustainable, residential development in Gosforth, have been submitted to Newcastle City Council for planning approval. Construction work has begun on a major element of a £500m city centre regeneration scheme — our new £42m City Hall for Sunderland City Council. The scheme represents phase two of the VAUX Brewery masterplan, a vibrant mixed-use neighbourhood for the city.
