Team Member Spotlight!

This month, we’re excited to shine the spotlight on Adam Greenwell - our General Manager at GMR Construction and the one who somehow keeps everything running smoothly, no matter what gets thrown at us!



Adam brings over 12 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing projects from inception through to completion. He combines strong technical expertise with a focus on operational excellence, ensuring every project is delivered on time, safely, and to the highest standards of quality.

Adam’s strengths lie in project management, team development and streamlining processes to improve efficiency across all phases of construction. His ability to build strong, collaborative relationships between clients, contractors and internal teams plays a key role in consistently high levels of client satisfaction.

Outside of work, Adam likes to keep active - you'll find him in the gym, out on a run, or enjoying the occasional round of golf. Whether he's chasing a PB or a par, that same drive and determination he brings to GMR clearly doesn't switch off!

GMR Construction is currently delivering a full barn renovation project in Fenwick, which includes a new extension and associated groundworks.

These photos show the completed roof replacement phase, including the removal and renewal of structural timbers, as part of the wider renovation works. Our team is carefully restoring and enhancing the existing building while creating valuable new living space designed to blend seamlessly with the character of the barn.

This project is another great example of our quality craftsmanship, attention to detail and commitment to delivering lasting results.

We’ll share further updates as the project progresses.

Lewis brings over 12 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, blending his skills as a fully qualified joiner with top-notch leadership on site. From managing complex projects to ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship, Lewis consistently delivers excellence our clients can trust.

Outside of work, Lewis is a bit of an adrenaline enthusiast. Whether he’s out on the motocross track on his bike or cutting through the waves on a jet ski, he channels the same energy, focus and precision he brings to every project.
