This week the lads have been tasked with the challenge of a in house sauna project 🙏 anyone in the trade who knows how hard it is to perfect mosaic tiling, also knows how important the prep work is that has to go into getting this one ready!

New build homes, still just need a little TLC too with a freshly tiled floor 🤷🏻‍♂️ Packages from the builders your buying them from can be ridiculously expensive. So I recommend you always try source the flooring packages afterwards as you might find yourself saving that much money, you can even afford that expensive coffee machine afterall for your kitchen 🤭

It’s good practice to install an anti crack Matt system on a freshly cured concrete floor in your new build homes. This helps prevent any serious damages to your tiles long term… the yellow doesn’t look to bad after all why bother tiling it afterwards 😝🙌

Can we have a little taste of Italia please 🥴🇮🇹

Here lies Stunning travertine tiles, installed on this project for our customer with a clear vision what they wanted… they also wanted an access chamber created and installed with tiles in the centre of their kitchen walkway… difficult skill to perfect as the tiles need to be bonded solidly, so they don’t ever move or break…

This one was finished off with a Matt stone sealant on top of the floor tiles to make sure they were sealed and waterproof!

On to the next 🏃‍♂️

What about this project we’ve been working on though? Finally, the steel staircase was installed! 😲 So we got a call to come back to continue and finish the front entrance walkway from the back of the house (kitchen & utility)… yes we aren’t cowboys or lazy ass tradies… we unscrewed the steel stairs and lifted it like boss men… installing the tiles without any messy unwanted breakages in the tile 🤷🏻‍♂️🥴

We also finished the perimeters with stylish holiday looking tiled skirting boards… topped with a beautiful brushed brass trim to match the kitchen fascia trims, door handles and other brass fittings throughout the house.

We are awaiting other trades to finish up now before we will be welcomed back to get a end to project video, and some finished professional snaps of the 6 bathrooms for the page 🙌

No matter what they tell you, TILING IS AN ART 😍

How can anyone argue the transformation it does, doesn’t enhance and changes the look to our homes and work spaces… especially in particular, this freshly created opened space extension? It has been brought to life 👊🏻

YESSSSS ITS A TILE 🥴🫶🏻 beautiful vertical panelled tile with a stunning matching boarder tile half height around the room… top half of the room is covered by a wonderful bright flower feature tile to make this bathroom simply unique 🙌
