This weeks work all wrapped up ,

A supporting wall removed RSJ installed and signed off by building control boarded and plastered where needed ready for the kitchen install by inspired installations .

A kitchen in West Denton this one little bit more work than I thought,
We thought it would be a normal overskim ,
But on arrival I noticed some artex peeling away in the corner , started scraping it back till the full ceiling was on the floor 😂,
Current boards were in good condition though so straightforward plaster after a good tidy up , ready for kitchen install now 👍🏻,

Once all that was removed boarded and plastered where it needed 👍🏻

Well glad to get this job wrapped up yesterday,
It did not get off to the best start ,

First day on the job , I nipped out to grab some materials and someone smashed into the back of my van and wrote it off 😭,
Few days off with a sore back and sorting a new one out didn’t help …

But once the scaffold was up , few extra lads drafted in to push it on and also a few boxes of paracetamol and ibuprofen for me 😂

We got it all done .. the ceilings double skinned fire boarded with over a 100 boards (to pass the fire regs to turn this pub into a soft play cafe )
And plastered in 2 days

Well we’ve had a pretty productive week this week ,
a living room in Hadrian Park complete ,
made a start of a rendering project in forest hall ( back there next week) ,
And this bedroom in Whitley bay finished today ,
Few old walls stripped back , boarded and plastered 🤙🏻

Well this week took us to a house in Whitley bay we previously did work at ..
this time a 3 storey staircase to do ,
This one was all pulled back to brick and stud prior to our arrival
So just a straight forward board and plaster job ☺️

Well been a very busy start to 2026 for us ,
A few recent jobs done ,

A bathroom for a kitchen/bathroom fitter (inspired installations) we do work for , ceiling was getting cladded along with the new bathroom suite

A job in Sunderland , customer wanted to gain more height in the ceiling so that was pulled down to the original height , boarded and plastered

A ceiling overboard in Wallsend after the old lathe and plaster ceiling started to blow

A upstairs flat in Heaton ,
All artex ceilings skimmed , quite tricky with all the furniture to navigate In every room but we got there and all carpets and furnishings kept immaculate

A kitchen in Wallsend we pulled out all tiles removed and plastered ready for the new kitchen

A staircase also in Wallsend plastered

Another job in Heaton , upstairs flat
Old glass bricks removed studded and boarded and plastered
Also chimney breast opened up (luckily for us a lintel had already been Installed so it was just a case of cleaning out the back fill off bricks ) oh and the soot ☹️

Few days at the end of April available but mainly booking In from mid may at the moment ,

Also perfect time to get them quotes in for any rendering that you might want doing and booked in for the better weather days 😎
