Project from this week: Leak detection and repair in Leyton.

Our leak detection testing found over 20 defects on this roof in Leyton, all due to weak welds.

Now repaired and re-tested to ensure there were no further leaks, the roof is watertight.

Recent project: Another Ballast roof leak detection and repair.

Unfortunately, our testing picked up that the leaks were caused by bad workmanship during installation.

Following testing we reported back, repaired the roof, and re-tested to ensure there were no further leaks.

Recent project: Ballast roof leak detection and repair.

We were recently called in to investigate leaks where the ballast roof had been damaged by the ballast install company.

Following testing we reported back and repaired the roof, all without removing the stones.

Recent project: Ikea, Brighton

We were initially called in to investigate a leak that was coming through the ceiling of the lounge area. The roof had been leaking since installation.

We electronically tested the whole roof and found a total of 45 defects, all due to weak welds from when the roof was installed.

We investigated, reported, then resolved, cleaned and repaired all 45 leaks to our client's satisfaction.

Recent project: Lidl, Motherwell

The roof had been leaking since installation back in 2020. We spent 4 days on leak detection and 3 days investigating the issues.

We found four leaks, three of which weren't related to the roof, the leak was coming in the side of the composite panels so we gave our report with advice about resolving those.

The fourth leak was roof related and due to the maintenance team going up regularly; one of the team had dropped a tool which had caused the damage. We investigated, resolved and repaired that leak to our client's satisfaction.
