🏡 ANOTHER MAJOR PROJECT COMPLETED BY THE NECR TEAM! 🔨

One of our larger projects, completed earlier this year, and what a transformation!

We initially visited this property to discuss plans for a rear extension. What started as an extension enquiry soon developed into a much larger renovation project, transforming several areas of the family home.

Works carried out by our team included:

✅ Full rear extension, creating a stunning open-plan kitchen, dining and living space

✅ Garage conversion

✅ Full electrical rewire throughout the property

✅ Bedroom refurbishment, including chimney breast removal

✅ Staircase and living room refurbishment

✅ New kitchen and utility areas

✅ Plastering, joinery and finishing works throughout

✅ Full project management from start to finish

✅ All relevant certificates supplied

✅ Building Control managed throughout, with the project fully signed off on completion

From the initial plans right through to the finishing touches, the NECR team managed and delivered the project.

A fantastic transformation and another project we’re proud to have completed! 👏

Works included alterations and preparation, plastering, electrical works, plumbing, new flooring, full kitchen installation, worktops, appliances, lighting and finishing throughout.

The new black kitchen with oak-effect worktops and warm LED lighting has completely changed the space and given it a clean, modern look.
