An en-suite extractor fan alone was never going to be enough to manage the moisture levels in this 4-bedroom property.

After carrying out a full survey, we recommended and installed a loft-mounted Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) system. The unit continuously introduces tempered, filtered air into the home, helping to dilute excess moisture throughout the entire property and improve overall indoor air quality.

To effectively manage moisture at its source, we also installed a high-performance en-suite extractor fan, capable of extracting up to 60 litres per second on boost mode. Together, these systems provide a whole-house ventilation solution, reducing condensation and helping to prevent mould growth.
