We offer annual service reminders and annual landlord’s certificates and can deal with most heating and plumbing problems these include power flushing,

combi descales, cylinder changes, central heating pump replacements and any general plumbing problems there may be. Same day emergency calls also welcome.

Another happy landlord leaving us a review today…..

⭐️ Everything has been very efficient, prompt, on time, with telephone up-dates, and I (landlord) have been kept informed at each step:
from initial Service booking, communication with Edwina (office), the boiler service & Combimate re-filling, etc., by Marc,
issue of Landlords Gas Safety Cert., billing, etc..
I will definitely be using Watermarcs again next year. 10/10

Lots of boiler services being booked in this week - get in touch now to book your February appointment 🔥 we have very limited January dates left available.

We have not increased our prices (again) this year, so a gas boiler service is still £85 and a cylinder service is £75.

For landlords a gas boiler service with a landlords gas safety certificate is £120.
