This week we completed the replacement of a double garage roof and attached shed roof, covering approximately 38m² in total.

The existing felt roofing had reached the end of its life and had perished, leading to ongoing concerns about leaks and reliability. We stripped the roof back, removed all failed materials and gave the property a long-lasting upgrade.

This bay window roof had reached the end of its life, so we stripped everything back to the existing timber structure and carried out a full refurbishment.

The customer wanted peace of mind for when they have solar panels fitted at a later date, they decided to opt for a new roof first.
We supplied and fitted felt support trays, underlay, roofing batten. Concrete interlocking tiles, dry valley, ridge and hips. New lead work to dormer and chimney. New cladding to dormer. The weather was kind to us. Job start to finish 5 days. Get in touch if you would like a quotation

Start of some extensive work out at East Bridgford. Breathing new life into this ashphalt roof which had cracked over time. We prepared roof, re beded 20 bricks to outer edge. Osb boards on main area and 18mm ply on upstands and parapet wall. Finished off with Armourplan Sg membrane and sm. 2 days - 2 men 💪🏼. Team SDF
