2/10 UPDATE Been back there this morning, all rodenticide eaten, there was a slither of fur in a trap, his/her friends or family had it for dinner...
Rebated all rat holes, this is not going to be solved by pest control alone but fixing the drains will

A property i have been to previously with rat issue advised repairs were needed and a drain survey. Nothing has been repaired and so the rats are back or were they just ignored by temporary residents?
