Celebrating the people that make Gusto great! 🍺🍕

Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and taking a little time out to properly appreciate the team is always important.

Last Friday, we organised our bi-annual social at The Royal Oak Collingham for an after-work get-together with plenty of pizza and a couple of drinks.

While events like Gusto Fest and our Christmas party give us a chance to celebrate on a bigger scale, these socials are just as valuable for stepping away from the desks, catching up properly, and saying a genuine thank you for everyone's hard work.

Inspiring the next generation at the Lincolnshire Construction and Engineering Week 👷🏽‍♀️

Earlier this week, the Gusto Construction and Studio G team were at the Lincolnshire Showground for Lincolnshire Construction and Engineering Week - an annual event showcasing careers through hands-on experiences for primary and secondary school students.

With over 50 activities taking place and 600 students visiting each day, the event was completely free for local schools to attend. Our team ran daily hands-on sessions where students designed and built their own projects using recycled materials.

We love getting involved in events like this to give the next generation a real insight into the construction industry. 💚

Gusto Challenge complete 🥳

On Saturday, our team spent over 9 hours hiking the Edale Skyline in the Peak District. They covered 33km with 1,323m of elevation, which was a huge challenge and such an incredible achievement. There were a few sore legs in the office this morning!

We're proud to have raised £2,130 so far, including a £250 donation from the Gusto Community Fund 🤩

Thank you to everyone who has donated and supported us in raising money for Lincs2Nepal and Orchid - Fighting Male Cancer.
