Works that’s been carried out over the last few months,

Too be completely honest this wasn’t any easy job for anyone who worked on here (had many labourers walk from this one 😆)

Middle tier garden bank was up against the old outdoor toilet which is now an internal toilet causing damp & coldness

We dug back around 1m back & over 2.5m down 40 tonne out in buckets and up the steps 😅😴

The original concrete floor was the same level as the kitchen floor so we reduced down then came across live water feeds so was only able to lower 100mm down aco drains & French drains installed

Then finally the old ugly looking render as been brought back to life with Silcone render ☺️

A lovely couple from Cefn forest was left with bad workmanship & uncompleted works by a cowboy builder & took all the money & didn’t finish & went ghost mode.

This job wasn’t about making money on it, It was truly just so they could get there garden back that they take so much passion too, & they are over the moon I’d like to thank for putting your trust in us 🙏
