Commercial sectors, ranging from Residential New Builds and large Home Extensions to
complete Refurbishments, and Renovation projects. We have built a strong reputation as trusted builders for our open and honest
collaborative approach. We place great importance on our client needs and
pride ourselves on delivering their project vision. Our focus is to succeed in
exceeding expectations, obtaining this through early discussion and a continuous
flow of communication. With years working on
building sites, he developed a deep understanding of the building process and trade
techniques. His attention to detail and emphasis on high quality products, and finish was
the driving force to his success, commencing his path on domestic projects as a
groundwork's and hard landscaping contractor. Naturally, due to increase in demand - thanks to our esteemed client’s recommendations,
the business grew from strength to strength, enabling us to provide a full contracting
service forming what is now a Limited Company. Our professional and highly skilled management team carry many years experience, having
worked on-site in multiple trade disciplines, they have collectively gained extensive
knowledge in the construction field, and share the same core values towards exceptional
standards, therefore providing the highest levels of craftsmanship whilst completing
projects on time and within the agreed budget.

Christchurch Project Update 📍

A productive week on site, with the steelwork now in place and the structure really beginning to take shape.

Opening up the rear of the property is creating the large open plan living space at the heart of this renovation, ready for the new wraparound extension to come together.

Project update 📍

Preparation is now well underway for the first phase of the steel installation, with the concrete pour complete and ready to support the new steels.

This is a key stage in opening up the ground floor to create one large open plan living space, including a substantial steel across the rear for the new doors.

Plenty more progress to come as this one starts to take shape.

A new project underway in Christchurch 📍

Work has begun on this latest transformation, starting with a full ground floor internal strip out and removal of the existing garage.

From here, the property will take shape with a new single storey wrap around extension, creating a completely reworked ground floor and significantly increasing the living space.

We’ll be following the project from the ground up. More progress to come.
