🏡 New Project | Bransgore

We’re excited to be starting work on this lovely period property in Bransgore, developing plans to bring the home in line with modern family living while retaining its existing character and charm.

The proposals will look at a two-storey side extension, single-storey rear extension and a complete internal reconfiguration, creating a fantastic five-bedroom family home with a large open-plan kitchen, dining and home office.

It’s always great to take an existing property with plenty of character and explore how it can be transformed to work better for modern life, without losing what makes it special.

Lots to think about and some exciting design work ahead! ✏️📐

I am so excited to be offering my first ever Half-Day Chair Yoga Retreat! ❤️

Join me for a cosy afternoon of Winter Wellness, created especially with my Chair Yoga community in mind.

We will spend the afternoon slowing down, moving gently and exploring simple ways to look after ourselves through the colder months.

🎉 PLANNING APPROVED! 🎉

We are absolutely over the moon to share another fantastic planning success for PEN.25!

After months of hard work, careful design, technical challenges, and plenty of determination, we have successfully secured planning permission for two stunning new 3 storey, 4 bedroom family homes in a prime location in Mudeford, Christchurch, Dorset.

Every project has its own challenges, and this one certainly tested us. There were countless hours spent refining the design, coordinating specialist consultants, navigating planning policy, and working through every obstacle to achieve the right outcome.

Planning isn't always straightforward, and behind every approval is a huge amount of work that often goes unseen. It's during these challenging projects that experience, persistence and attention to detail really make the difference.

At PEN.25, we pride ourselves on going the extra mile for every client. We don't give up when things get difficult, we keep pushing, keep solving problems, and keep fighting for the best possible outcome.

This approval is a fantastic result and another reminder that perseverance really does pay off.

🔨 Building Regulations drawings are now underway on this fantastic cottage refurbishment!

We're excited to be progressing the technical design for a tired, run-down cottage that's being transformed into a modern family home. This project includes a carefully designed single storey extension, structural alterations, and a complete refurbishment to breathe new life into the property while respecting its original character.

While planning permission often gets the spotlight, Building Regulations drawings are where a design really starts to come together. The detailed technical drawings ensure every aspect of the build complies with current regulations and provides contractors with the information needed to bring the project to life.

At PEN.25 Architecture, we don't just undertake planning applications, we also provide comprehensive Building Regulations packages, including detailed construction drawings and co-ordination with structural engineers to help projects move seamlessly from approval to construction.
