Back at our Tewin job for a little look around 🫡

Lots going on and lots of progress on this one. The team are smashing this build 💪

Interrupted half way through the tour, so come back for part 2 very soon!

Something a little different today, but something that’s coming up time and time again that we can no longer not address it 🫣

Look out for these red flags:
🚩 Significantly cheaper than other quotes
🚩 Promises the world, seems to good to be true
🚩 Vague quotes
🚩 No contingency discussions

This post is in no way negative towards this particular client, but just being used for educational purposes 🫡

Please do your research before you sign on the dotted line, or you may live to regret it! 😅

The one you’ve actually been waiting for…not sure why we even post the serious updates at this point! 🤣

Luce had her work cut out on this day…

Been a little while since we’ve made any progress on this build.

We are waiting on the client in order for us to move onto the next stages, but unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances with them, it may be a little while longer before anything happens.

Here’s where we’re up to so far and we’re hopeful we can continue the build in the not too distant future…it’s going to be incredible once it’s finished 😮‍💨

A little birds eye view from last week’s shoot! Excited to look back on these in a few months to see some big changes externally! 🙏🏼

As you all loved this last time…

POV: you’re trying to film a project update with a builder 🫣

It’s safe to say a lot of editing goes into the final show round videos that you see 😂
