This property's old tiles had seen far too many Welsh winters. We stripped the whole roof back and fitted a new breathable membrane and battens. Then we laid sleek new grey tiles, and we took the chimney down.

The roof now has clean lines, nothing left to leak, and plenty of years ahead of it. 🏠

Proud! πŸ–€πŸ€

We're delighted to announce that we're now an official kit sponsor of Neath RFC for the 2026/27 season!

Neath is home for us, and the All Blacks have been at the heart of this town for over 150 years. We're very proud to be backing the players, the coaches and the volunteers who look after the club, and we'll be cheering just as loudly as the fans on the terraces.

Pob lwc to the boys this season. Let's have a good one! πŸ‰

Out with the old, in with the anthracite 🏠

The old tiles on this roof were tired and mossy, and the dormer's hung tiles were well past their best. So we stripped the whole lot back to the rafters.

Before anything went back on, the team fully insulated the roof and the dormer to keep the house warm and cosy. We then fitted new Marley Ludlow tiles in brown, renewed the flat roof on top of the dormer, and replaced the uPVC (the fascias, soffits and guttering).

To finish, we clad the dormer in this smart anthracite, and it's completely changed the look of the house.

The Welsh sky kindly stayed blue for most of it which made for a happy team - and doesn't the drone shot look fantastic here. A job well done by the team!

On the main roof, we fitted new UPVC gutters, fascia and soffit, along with new interlocking ridges. The existing roof covering stayed as it was. The new guttering helps keep rainwater draining away properly, and it gives the roofline a fresh, tidy finish too.

The lower extension was a different job. It's a low pitch roof, so we stripped it back and fitted an Easy Slate system, which is designed for exactly that kind of pitch. New UPVC and interlocking ridges were fitted here too, so the whole property now matches.

It took a flaming bottle to get your attention, but here we are πŸ˜‰πŸ”₯

The message is simple: winter's coming, so it's time to check your roof if you haven't done so already.

This fibreglass roof had reached the end of its life, so we took it right back to basics.

We stripped off the old covering and boards, replaced the insulation, and laid fresh new decking ready for the new roof. Once the deck was down, we finished it with a clean, fully watertight fibreglass surface, and the water test at the end shows it doing its job.

If you've got a fibreglass flat roof that's cracking, leaking, or just looking tired, it's worth getting it looked at before a small issue turns into a bigger one.

This bay roof was well past its best and needed taking right back to basics.

We stripped it out completely, down to the joists, before re-decking and replacing. Clean finish, fully watertight, and built to last for years to come β€” and with a view over towards the sea like that, it was worth doing properly. πŸ‘Œ

If you've got a bay, balcony, or flat roof section that's looking tired, it's worth getting it checked before a small issue turns into a bigger one.
