📐 1,600m² commercial roof

The project included the full removal of the existing roof coverings, installation of 130mm insulation to improve the U-value, and a complete Garland built-up roofing system.

We’ve recently completed a 2,000 sqm profile sheet roof overlay at John Pearce – Hirwaun Industrial Estate.

✅ New profile sheet overlay installed
✅ New roof lights fitted to improve natural daylight
✅ New gutter liners installed for long-lasting performance
