Another happy customer in Briton Ferry! We recently completed a soil stack relocation and installation after the customer was unfortunately let down by another plumber.

With rendering due to start, the job needed to be completed the very same day and we made it happen, ensuring everything was ready on time.

As part of the job, we also had to gain access in the bathroom to carry out the pipework alterations, however before the job was completed we finished it off with new, neat PVC boxing to leave a clean, tidy finish.

Big job completed in Pontardawe last week, big thanks to Prism Tiling for the excellent work.

The customer originally contacted me with issues around poor water pressure due to an old vented system. We upgraded the property to a modern unvented system, and what a difference it has made to the pressure throughout the house.
While carrying out the work, we also completed a full refresh of the bathroom areas:

• New shower and screen fitted
