Burner seal failed, melted the seam around the main heat exchanger and warped the burner door. ❌

Offered to repair but customer didn’t want to spend money on a 17 year old boiler. 🔧

Replaced with a Baxi Platinum Compact, comes with 10 year manufacturers warranty and EPH wireless programmable thermostat.
