🪳 Brown-banded cockroach treatment today!

Gel bait down and the adults and nymphs were feeding on it almost instantly! 👀

When you see activity like that, you know you’ve found a good feeding point. Now we’ll let the bait do its job and continue to monitor the infestation. 🪳

🐝😳 Wasp job today!

Had to remove a buried sleeper to inspect for the nest… only to end up pulling the top clean off the nest! 😳

Good job I had my full suit on! 😂🐝

Definitely one of those moments where you’re glad you’ve got the right PPE on! 💪

Another nest safely treated and dealt with. 👍

Avonmouth Project Update

70 slabs loaded onto the roof today and put into place as weights for the netting uprights 💪

The perimeter fixings are now around 80% complete — just waiting for the roofing works to be completed so we can finish the final section.

Hopefully we’ll start fitting the nets on Monday 🤞🐦

🥵 Avonmouth Project Update

Second phase of the external fixing is off to a rather slow start today! 😅

Only 400 metres to go… 😂

Gave up by 2 o’clock — it was a good 40°C up there and absolutely roasting! 🥵

Big project, big day! 💪🦺

After a delay, our big Avonmouth bird-proofing project has finally got underway!

Today was all about getting everything set up and ready to go — all the materials loaded onto the roof and all the uprights now in place, ready for the second phase of perimeter installation.

It’s a seriously big project and great to finally get started! 🚧

And because apparently that wasn’t enough for one day… we somehow managed to squeeze in 7 wasp nest treatments as well! 🐝😂
